Jason Aalon Butler (Ex-Letlive.) Is Working On A New Project

Yesterday, on the 4th of July, ex letlive. singer Jason Aalon Butler hosted a "political pool party" at a donut shop in Inglewood, California. He'd been promoting the event on Instagram as a new project, called "The Fever".

It all started with a new Instagram account, on the first image were only coordinates, then a date and time followed, before this poster:
He posted the same images on his normal Instagram account with links to this one. The comment under the poster goes as follows:

"To those of you who want change, here is an offering to start that conversation. I've had a lot of people asking me what I'll be doing in the future- here is a taste of that. I love art. I love being a musician. I love progress. And I am no stranger to pushing back if I feel it is necessary. This will be an exhibition of all the things I love w/ like minded people for whom I care deeply. To all the tired, frustrated, and brave, come join us."

Then some basic rules about the event followed:
All of this culminated into an afternoon that can only be described as chaos, but only in the best way. The video below is a new song by this new project, though right now it's unclear how The Fever will go forward. It's definitely worth a watch, though, as it really portrays the atmosphere of the entire afternoon.
