Mike Shinoda Warns Fans For "Scumbag Bootleggers & Opportunists" Selling Merch

Mike Shinoda has offered a few updates following frontman Chester Bennington's tragic passing last week.

Ever since the news was reported about Chester Bennington's passing, companies have been using the situation to sell their own tribute shirts all over Facebook.

Eventhough some of these shirts look really nice, these shirts do not benefit the band or Chester Bennington's family in any way, and they're sold without the approval or knowledge of Linkin Park or Warner Bros Records.

Mike Shinoda warns the fans for these shirts in a new tweet, saying that you shouldn't give money to these "scumbag bootleggers & opportunists".

Besides the warning, Shinoda has also given an update regarding memorials for Chester Bennington that are happening all over the globe.

In addition, Mike Shinoda also shares that he appreciates the privacy he and the other band members have been given by the fans in this extremely difficult time.
