Vans Warped Tour Review: Like Pacific

Like Pacific is a 5 piece punk band from Toronto Canada. This is their first Warped Tour and they’re playing on the Full Sail Stage. If you have the chance this summer definitely check them out, it’s worth it.

As soon as they walked onto the stage, they gained the whole crowds attention. The first song started and the passion the band had for playing music was sensible. Throughout their set they constantly engaged with the crowd. Their song ‘Distant’ really stuck with me. It’s so well written and it has a great balance between vocals and instrumentals. When they played this song, the crowd knew every word, repeatedly completing the vocalists lines. I personally enjoyed this song the most during their set. They had one of the bigger crowds for the Full Sail stage and really didn’t disappoint, they were one of my favorite sets from the day.

One thing I really like about this band is that they’re just as good live as they are on their studio tracks. Listening to them live however, you get to see how passionate they are and how they engage with the crowd. They had the crowd sing back to them. Also the vocalist jumped off the stage and sang in the crowd. Not only was the music amazing, you could see that they enjoyed playing it and that makes all the difference when having fun at a concert.

If you get the chance this summer on The Vans Warped Tour check them out on the Full Sail Stage, they won’t disappoint. Also if you get the chance to meet them, do it, they are the nicest people you’ll meet. Check out their newest album ‘Distant Like You Asked’.
