The hype for the anniversary tour of You Me At Six’s debut album ‘Take Off Your Colours’ has been incredible. The high demand for tickets for those wanting to celebrate the ten year birthday of the record has led to the band adding seven additional shows to the tour!

It was clear that there would be rush to see the band touring with a setlist made up of the entirety of ‘Take Off Your Colours’ with the pre-sale selling out in just 90 seconds and fans being vocal online about readying themselves to buy their ticket as soon as general sales opened.

On Friday 27th July the general sale began at 9am. By 10:40am the band had sent out a notice saying that the demand was so high they would add even more shows to the tour and made a point of asking fans to keep from buying from unofficial sellers in order to get a fair price.

Earlier today there was a message sent out from the band’s Twitter telling fans there would be an update on the additional dates. This was followed by an announcement of the seven shows. Pre-sale for these extra dates begins on Wednesday 1st August and general sale starts on Friday. If recent events are anything to go by, you should be prepared for the rush for tickets for these shows too. Don’t miss out on your chance to celebrate with You Me At Six!
