For over 15 years, my career as a Management and Technology professional has spanned 6 business sectors, spanning projects in more than 15 Fortune 500 firms, more than 5 Government entities with security clearances and 5+ years with a European Union regulated firm which became a division of a US based Fortune500 firm. I hope to bring value to your team. The sectors I have worked in are Manufacturing and Distribution, Time-Share and Real Estate, video gaming, financial and banking as well as Research and Development. This independent consulting practice is in addition to founding 3 incorporated entities which includes full-life cycle Inside Technology Sales and Distribution channels business, a licensed 3rd Party Recruitment operation for a short time as well as a number of Digital Marketing and Investment projects which, were extensions of my consulting practice. My responsibilities when engaged with clients can range from working with account executives to building solutions, participate in client facing meetings to determine business and technical requirements to be used in developing solutions or solution alternatives which map within the client’s capabilities. I bring an understanding of business development and management, information technology, market research and technical analysis. While working with expertise in software engineering roles, business workflow engineering, business intelligence and any other services, with my consulting practice there is always value-added results to business.

Over the years, with consulting, contracting and the business development of my own firms can be seen with strategically collaborating with clients to drive the business where I have been responsible for assisting managers and teams in defining, positioning, designing and presenting a range of solutions. I believe in interacting on a regular basis with management and stakeholders while being able to deliver results using agile or waterfall methodologies, applying exceptional leadership skills in managing expectations, mitigating risk and removal of any roadblocks. Often my responsibilities have included being asked to develop proposals which define client expectations with product and service requirements necessary to achieve company and team objectives as well engineering and development with a `hands-on` approach. Over the years working with different departments and teams to manage time expectations and milestones has been a key part of my professional growth. While working with the project management there is a focus to ensure that services are implemented and delivered as scoped and required. With experience in assessing opportunities and performing necessary due-diligence around technical, operations and financial impacts, I bring a broad knowledge of business solutions and professional services within my threshold. There is a focus to develop interpersonal and leadership skills while being be highly self-directed where needed. I am highly adaptable in taking initiative when in need, with an emphasis on effectively liaising with all levels of management while working as a team member. As a professional member of business & technical groups, an avid entrepreneur and working in business technology consulting for over 10 years, I bring excellent communication skills and required acumen. With working in so many sectors, dealing with different team dynamics, there is a focus on analytical and decision-making skills. With this I bring strong process management skills (creation and change management as well as engagement) to obtain strategies with emphasis on the execution of goals.

Outside project consulting, my activities in my business and technology practice include contracting, consulting, solution finding as well as a sales and distribution while being a reseller and business partner of firms like IBM, Lenovo, Oracle and Microsoft products as well as other firms. Further, on any team, the client can be assured that my knowledge of financial boundaries, business case preparation, understanding of competitive strategy, planning, and execution practices as well as being an experienced I.T. professional will be an asset. I value building strong interpersonal relationships, promoting a team-focused culture with shared goals and accountabilities. I also value influencing outcomes through leadership while taking feedback to see what is best for the team.
