Learn how to tune with your body and mind in a happy and lively way in the safe place where you can be yourself without any judgement. For some people being themselves means being quiet, for others being talkative and crazy and that's fine. I would love to tell you that when you are so happy and true with yourself inside, losing the weight becomes a much easier process

How to challenge your body by adding resistance, so you and your muscles stay engaged, including arms, core and lower body.

Grab your toning sticks and let's move. If you don't have any toning sticks, you can replace them with two water bottles which is great fun. Let me tell you a little secret: as you drink the water from bottles - they become less heavy and they will be easier to lift.

How to be present in the 'NOW'

I will help you to truly learn how to enjoy the ‘here and now’.
You will be able to accept yourself as you are in that given moment. That acceptance will help you to listen and understand what your body is telling you and stay in the present moment.

How to increase your creativity through Movement

Enjoying the music, listening to your body and to your feelings while we dancing and exercising increases the creativity in so many ways. Dance creates new connections in your brain. This allows you to look at the situations in a different way. How amazing is that?!
