Self-care coaches teach you to take good care of yourself again by listening to what is important to you. For the self care coach it is often not important how it happened that you take less care of yourself. They look at what steps can be taken to take good care of yourself again. This can be better eating or more exercise, but also things like taking more rest or mental coaching.
