I am Fellow and board member with the IIOPM, faculty member with the Global School for Entrepreneurship, awarded author, NLP master trainer and neuro-semantic trainer and of course Coach. In my latest book 'Happiness is Depressing' I share my experience as mental coach working with stress and depression. I was the mental coach of the Dutch women’s volleyball team and am highly experienced in facilitating individuals and teams in high pressure environments. Amongst others I implements stress prevention and repair programs in businesses that are going through organisational changes.
