I am a very keen “draftist”, having formulated and prepared numerous commercial agreements including, amongst others, license content agreements, data privacy agreements, telecommunications related agreements, service level agreements, supplier agreements and power purchase agreements. Apart from preparing agreements, I have also successfully managed and enforced the terms thereof, both in and outside of Court. By blending my commercial drafting expertise with my problem-solving skills and business acumen, I have also successfully assisted in the restructuring and turnaround of a business in financial distress by keeping creditors at bay and negotiating repayments which culminated in a mass of agreements which essentially rescued the business from bankruptcy.

One of my prime abilities is my ability to deal with complex situations by coming up with fresh and innovative solutions. I owe this to my capacity as a generalist-specialist – in other words, I have a very good general understanding of things which I am able to use when focusing on a particular subject. I believe this makes me highly agile and adaptable to whichever environment I may find myself in.
