I've been interested in psychology since I was 14. I participated in lots of personal development trainings for teenagers and assisted there, attended seminars, completed and assisted at a leadership program based on life-spring approach. In 2015 I've been certified as a professional life coach and started my counselling practice. In 2020 I graduated with master degree in psychology counselling at the University of Manchester, where I also studied SFBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
I specialise in personal boundaries, goal setting, conflict resolving and dealing with emotional states. My approach is humanistic and solution-based.
