I am a psychologist, psychotherapist and Life Coach. My education and training has enabled me to turn my passion into a profession. I am highly committed about my work and enjoy assisting my clients in their growth and improvement.

I have experience in online counselling and coachinf worldwide. I see mu work with clients as a team effort we put to arrive from point A to B. On this carefully planned journey, we focus on: 1) getting a better understanding of where the problem lies, 2) empowering client’s potentials and raising awareness on available resources and 3) creating a toolbox of additional cooing strategies for addressing challenges clients are facing.

Topics I often work on with my clients include: coping with anxiety and depression, improving accountability and productivity at work, building more satisfying relationships, improving communications skills, setting life goals and determining priorities.

As a person I am cooperative and flexible and, at the same time, goal-oriented, organized and I have a detailed approach to the services I provide.
