I am a E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP® Yoga-Alliance USA certified Yoga trainer who has been studying movement since I was 9. Originally from Singapore, I am now based in Turin, Italy, and have taught for private resorts, hotels, studios and Yoga festivals and led retreats, workshops and masterclasses. Students know me for my unique teaching style which integrates Qigong, Somatics, Vinyasa Yoga and Eastern Philosophy, and my warmth, humour, knowledge and clarity.
