There are many of ways to get the ripped body you are after without equipment. You can build a ripped and toned muscular body by using tried and true calisthenic exercises, getting in high intensity aerobic exercise and adhering to a healthy diet plan that supports your body’s needs. About: How to gain muscles in 60 days at home - advice from an IFBB PRO Athlete

How to gain lean muscles without any equipment

Body weight exercises, also referred to as calisthenics include, but are not limited to, pushups, pull-ups, chin-ups, sit-ups, dips, squats, lunges, abdominal planks and crunches, burpee’s and sprints. The types of exercises you choose are very important when it comes to reducing fat and building muscle. Allow me to share with you my 'at-home-workout.

Why cardio exercises can hinder your progress

Cardio exercise works on aerobic muscle fibres which can help you lose weight but will not necessarily change your muscle mass. Cardio based exercises will make you 'skinny-fat'. In fact, many studies have shown that resistance training is effective at reducing declines in muscle mass and can trigger the short term production of hormones such as human growth hormone and testosterone. YEAH!

Why best diet is a 'no-diet'

Healthy and balanced eating habits are important part of any workout routine. When trying to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time, it is even more important. High protein is one of the main ways to ensure your body is getting what it needs. I'll share with you my 'diet' that I follow off-season. No restrictions, no starvation, just good food. I've done my share of extreme and restricting diets. I would not recommend these types of diets to any 'common fitness enthusiast'. Instead, let me show you what/how you can eat while losing weight, gaining muscle mass and getting healthier and more vital.
