Information is available to us 24/7. We can google anything, just type your questions, click - and et voila - in an instant - there is the answer. It's never been faster and easier!
I remember me going to the library and reading a bunch of books before I found what I was looking for. Or when I was waiting for the dial-up internet (do you know how that sounds?) to do my research...(ok, I’m old, but not that old).

Why self-help books and tools do not work
Do you have an app on your phone, or a book at home, that was supposed to change your life? Something to help you to lose weight, get healthier, fitter, faster? Just a click away, always there in your pocket, always available.
So you dive right in. You keep reading, studying, thinking, planning, dreaming - about the life that’s out there - waiting for you. My mommy did that. She had an amazing array of books on how to change every aspect of an unhappy life. She read them all. She could give advice to everybody who asked her for it. But her own life was the total opposite of those described in her books.
Ok, back to you.
After a while, your app becomes just an app, one out of many you have installed, hoping it would magically transform your life. Your book ends up on the shelf, next to your other books. Maybe you did a few exercises, read a few pages….

Find your HOW and WHY
In order to succeed, transform or improve in any area of your life, you need to actually DO something. You need to know HOW and WHY.
Change is hard. We humans, we don’t like to change. It's scary and challenging. Especially if you are trying to do it by yourself.
Please don’t get me wrong. I’m not trying to suggest that you should hire us to coach you. No. I get to that later.
This is the time in history to know HOW and WHY.
We know WHAT - but not sure HOW and WHY we should do it.
HOW and WHY to implement the WHAT into our lives and create the life we want and deserve.
THAT is not the same for all of us. One size does NOT fit all. What works for your friend or a sibling or a colleague, might not work for you.
We are all different. We have different bodies, different mindsets, different lifestyles. We are on a different level of readiness for a change. We have different reasons that motivate us.
All of these differences are important when you are finding you WHY and deciding about HOW.
This process of finding WHAT that fits you, WHY that motivates you, and HOW to implement it into your life is the hardest part.
If it was easy, we all would be healthy and happy (with a visible six-pack, round booty, and a lot of money). But we are not.
